THe problem with that not starting up was that I was 180 degress off on my timing chain I put the timing back in its correct position and BAAAMMMM it fired right up and its idling reall good.... does anyone know around how many miles I should change my oil?

I change my oil every 3k miles, if I remember. 4-5k at tops. That's just me though. And most other freaks.

Oh, I am sorry. I didn't realize what I was posting. My answer was just for a general oil change, I have no idea in your situation.

I was working the last 3 days 12hr+ shifts so I did not do anything....off the next 3 days I plan on borrowing a chain wrench to get it off.
messed up my cam sprocket so i can't use that as an anchor point any more.
thanks for the offers......this is an awesome web site and a great place for advice and encouragement.
