And I'm saying WTF?

How would replacing the starter do this to the windows and door locks?

Are you're battery cables good and snug? Fusible linkage? (wire from battery to fuse box)

Yep, battery and FL cables are snug.

I looked into the wheel well after I got it home, and the high speed mechanic they had working on it left a couple of the access panel bolts off, and it looks like he kept the old starter that I was supposed to get a core charge back from as well.

I will be going back tomorrow to have words with the people in this shop. When I brought it to them, all the electrical stuff worked, and now it doesn't.

I don't know what their half-wit mechanic did to my truck, but he and I are going to have a serious disagreement if it doesn't get fixed.
