Removing rear view mirror - how?

Hi all,

I have a need to replace my passenger's side rear view mirror. It's a motorized unit on a 1995 V6 pickup. I've taken it apart pretty well, but can't figure out how to remove the wire. Is there a plug inside the door that allows me to pull the wire out with the mirror?

I'm hoping to find a used unit at a local salvage yard, but need to know what I'm doing before I go out there and break stuff.

Many thanks in advance,
MadCityRich

alot of the times the mirror has about a 6 inch wire on it that actually plugs into the harness so it may b down the door panel a few inches. try to just pop off the clips to access the inside of door panel.
