Rear Window Shattered!

So I was being an idiot-or brilliant! and bringing 4 kegs out to a house in the back of my 4runner some how caught a little bit of air going 25 and the keg of Dos Equis Amber flew through my window so I was really pissed since factory back windows for my color car are like 600$ to replace but i found one for 50$ on ebay! The only thing I was wondering is if any of the components in the rear window would get messed up from the trauma of a keg shattering the whole window in one clean hit?

Depends on how hard it hit....I guess you'll find out once you take the door apart to replace the window

The internal parts will be fine. Just use a good shop-vac or whatever works best when getting the broken glass out.
While your at it, it also would be a good time to clean/lube the parts.

BTW, be more careful next time.

zactly!! use the hooks in the floor to tie down the kegs with real tie downs.

That's why they're there, for kegs - not engines or tires. Beer!
