Raise Truck @ Rear Axle

The plan is to install a 2" frame hitch under the rear bumper along with a bicycle rack and an ebike. This will be roughly an additional 300 lbs and without this weight the truck is already dropped over the rear axle after years of heavy loads. I haven't much experience working with suspension but imagine might be an accessible job even simply propped on jack stands. I am looking for first impressions and terminology on where to start; then I can dive deeper or talk with some shop owners. Would this simply be a matter of replacing the leaf springs or even readjusting them, or would I be looking at something more involved?

Add a pair of leaf spring air lift bags? They will also help with load capacity where as just raising it doesn't help the old springs carry more load.
