Radio Blew ? Fuse ?

Question Radio Blew ? Fuse ?

Dont ask but battery cables got hooked up backwards the other day giving a jump. Blew my 80amp Alt fuse. I replaced that. Radio dont work. I checked all the fuses I think. Is there a hidden fuse or is it possible Radio could have got wacked ?

Did you check the fuses behind the driver side kick panel ?.

Yes. I checked all of them. I even pulled the radio to see if maybe there was a inline fuse. no deal. Is it possible it could have Fried my radio without blowing the fuse ?

Sure, anything is possible. Try hooking the radio straight to a 12 volt source and see if it works that way.

Hey ! Thanks for the help Myyota. I Found it !!! I pulled the radio last night and didn't see an extra fuse but looked at it agian this morning and there is a 10 a fuse underneath the plug harnace. COOL ! it was blown. AWESOME.
