i just finished slapping my w56 back together with kit i got from MSR. (going in the truck this weekend hopefully) i dont know if he has stuff for the R150f, but i was quite pleased with the quality of the kit i got from him for my 5 speed. all oem replacement bearings matched exactly down to part numbers of the ones i took off the trans. and syncros and seals, and gaskets

the only problem i had, was that he forgot to ship a bearing in my kit. turns out it was on national back order, not really his fault. but mike personally handled it and shipped me one for free. took a week or two, but got some free stickers too.

make sure you have a 20 ton press for sure though. these things are tight!!!

His site says he does. And that would be where I'd buy a kit from too. The other options/sites seem a little vague on stating exactly what they offer.
R Series - The R150F used on V6 trucks from 86-95 and the R151F was used on 4 cylinder turbo trucks in 86-87. Due to bearing differences over the years we will need to know the bearing number from the input bearing in order to get you the correct kit. Choose with or without synchros.

Input bearing numbers 040-1 or 35TM03 or DG4092 or 40TM05 For V6 trucks 86-93 and the turbo 4 cylinder in 86-87 $200

Input bearing numbers 040-1 or 35TM03 or DG4092 or 40TM05 For V6 trucks 86-93 and the turbo 4 cylinder in 86-87 with synchros $250

We have kits available for the 94-95 V6 R150. Please contact us for more details.

yeah. i lucked out.
first a little background...or so i have heard
i heard that when toyota was developing these trucks/ transmissions they used commonly available "off the shelf" bearings (such as the 6307) as input bearings just so they could get the thing out the door and start making money off them.
after toyota got their stuff built, released and out the door, they realized that they were loosing money on rebuilds. so to recoup that money they changed a bearing inside the trans (usually the input bearing) to something that either only toyota could get or something really expensive.
this way it would force people to let toyota do it, as opposed to joe-shmo's shop.
sure anyone could get the bearings but the cost of one of the "custom sized" bearings to a single end user would be outrageous. toyota didnt care because they were having them made by the truck load and that drove the cost down.

that being said, i lucked out because my input bearing was the old style (6307) so my bearing kit was cheap...er. lol
