i bet ive had the loudest truck in this thread.

a 91 Chevy Z-71 with a 350 bored .30 over, headers, no cat, 2 1/2" pipe into 5" tips. True Duals out the back.

Honestly it was too loud, it was nice to go by someone WFO when they had their windows down after the cut you off, and literally watch them grab their ears but i got tired of not being able to hear someone in the cab of my truck unless they yelled in your ear...

This truck im going with something much more quiet, as close to stock as possible, but not the stock muffler, let me know if you get yours done before me! I'll post back to you on w/e i get done.

use to piss my neighbors off every morning at 6:30 am when I left for work

i got you all beat.. 355 in a yota with shorty headers and dual 2.5" flow masters thing sounded rude.. when i raced it i ran just headers and about 4' of pipe sounded nasty. my brother has me beat with a built 390 and long tube headers with dual 3" flow masters. gotta love being a redneck

pfft...

anyways i got my exhaust done yesterday...

i had him install "the cheapest and quietest" muffler he had and it looked very similiar to the stock one, (my stock one was too bad to use)

it looks kinda like the one posted above, might just be the same one, if your wanting quiet i woud go with it, its quiet and now i can hear all the other things wrong with my truck
