Quick question: jiggler orientation on thermostat install?

6 oclock or 12 oclock?

A glance at the Factory Service Manual reveals the following:

2RZ–FE - The jiggle valve may be set within 15* of either side of the prescribed position. (12:00)
3RZ–FE - The jiggle valve may be set within 15* of either side of the prescribed position. (12:00)
5VZ–FE - Install the thermostat with the jiggle valve downward. (6:00)
