Proper jacking point for factory bottle jack on an '88

Where is the proper place to jack the front of an '88 pickup from with the factory bottle jack?

This seems like a stupid question, but I don't clearly see where the best jacking point is given the sprawling IFS hardware in the way.

This is not a stupid question! Safety is definitely a concern when lifting a vehicle, especially if you are working underneath it.

In general, if you have a jack that can reach, the frame is a solid place to jack up the Truck as well as the rear axle if need be.

Below are the jack points and safety stand support points as shown in my Factory 1987 Toyota Truck and 4Runner Repair Manual:
