Picked upa new project/beater/keep miles off my big truck truck. It's an 86 single cab 22re automatic 4x4 pickup. It's ask in all not in bad shape with a straight body and a decent interior. However it does need work. I bought it knowing it was not running from a blown head gasket. The engine was also stuck from sitting with water in the cylinders. I got it freed up by filling the cylinders with kroil and oil. Haven't pulled the head yet though. Hoping I can just deck the head and replace the gasket for now but we will see. My big issue at this point is wiring. I basically need a complete harness inside and out. Mine is cut and butchered beyond use, how would I go about getting one? Will a 4 runner harness fit? What about one from a 5 speed truck instead? Are the fuse boxes part of the harness or do they have a plug?
