Will an 86-89 4runner power steering pump, and steering box bolt up to a 86 non-power steering pickup?

 

If Power steering was an option in '86, then yes there's no reason it would not bolt up. If you're installing PS, you'll need the pump, lines, box, linkage, etc. Check to see if '86 had an idle-up solenoid for the PS, and you may need to swap the steering shaft.
