power to manual mirrors

I think your best bet would be finding some out of a wrecking yard if you wanna keep the power option.
If not im pretty sure the manual ones will bolt right on as long as its the same style of mirror. I know that when I was looking for mirrors for my pickup something to take note of was whether or not it had the wing window. The mirrors with the wing windows mounted differently than the standard ones.

Good luck finding a power mirror in a junk yard. Or anywhere else. I did find one (eBay) with bad finish ("layin' outside for a long time"). I switched the guts with mine, but the components were slightly different, and it didn't work well.
RockAuto claimed to have a bolt-on manual replacement. As drmix notes, the more common mirror mounts into a triangle where my wing window is. I needed one that bolted onto the sheet metal like the power window.
