1995 Pickup DLX 4x4 V6
She’s come a long, long way in a year. I bought it last October with 182k on odometer. First thing I did was valve cover gaskets and coolant flush. She returned the favor by blowing a head gasket 3 months later. Since then: Dropped in a 0 mile, rebuilt 3VzE with brand new heads, ARP studs, and mls head gaskets. Doug Thorley headers, Magnaflow cat, Borla muffler and new chrome exhaust tip. New ignition coil, distro, cap, and NGK wires. 4 hole Bosch injectors, LCE pair and EGR delete kit, new AC compressor and lines. Replaced leaky windshield, patched the rusty hole in the floor pan, installed heat/sound barrier and new carpeting. Found and installed used but near mint 60/40 bench seats from eBay. New pitman arm, repacked front bearings, new Moog upper and lower ball joints, new sway bar links. Gave it a 3” lift with rear blocks, extended Bilstein shocks and bj spacers. New 32x11.50 r15 mud terrains mounted on 1 1/4” Trailgear wheel spacers. Replaced all dash lamps with LEDs, and treated undercarriage with Chassis Saver. Most recently just installed new Dorman gas tank, fuel pump, fuel line, and sending unit.
Custom cold air intake box that I fabricated from scratch.
From years of a leaky windshield. Replaced windshield and got rid of that crappy chrome trim.
Cleaned up hole
Welded in sheet metal patch
Floated it with JB Weld
Wire wheeled floor pan and painted with rust reformer
Heat and sound barrier
New carpeting

Nice work! No way that truck started life in NJ. Too clean underneath!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey Yotatech, it's been a couple years since I've been active here, but I've always loved this thread so here's a few updated shots of my '92. But first, @nickv351, Nice work! That's one clean looking pickup!

How she currently sits. Hoping to have the front bumper done by the end of the year!

92 Working
Putting in a little work today. Great little truck I got from an old friend. Hadn't run in almost two years. New clutch, wp and runs like new. Needs some body work under the cab windows, paint and a rear bumper. The Tundra does go much now...lol

how it was at 7:30 am. i cleaned it all off, and drove my wife to work.
how it was at 11:00. another 15" on top. ended up with 20" on it to go with the 15 from earlier.
ended up with 35" of fresh snow.

My first Toyota
Picked up this 95 3.0L (181K) a couple months ago. Truck had not been started or moved in over 5 years. All fluids flushed, all filters replaced, one replaced injector, new tune up parts, a new ignition cylinder and many, many hours working on the paint later......this is what I’ve got. Still working on a high idle and frozen tailgate key cylinder, along with a few other minor issues, but overall she’s come back to life very nicely.
