Thanks for the compliments. The interior is in good shape as well aside from worn seat padding, a little driver-side wear and faded carpet in the rear. Even the dash is crack-free. Hope to keep it this way as long as its in my care. I currently just use it for weekend trips to the home improvement store, etc.

 

New on yotatech, this is my second toyota, first one was a 91 xtra cab 3VZE 4x4 Sold, and now this one 89 4runner 22RE 5Spd 4x4. First order of business is panel replacement to get rid of the rust.

We had a local run last week. Don't hate, there were several Former AMC Toyota Wannabe's in attendance (aka J**P). I was the only 2nd Gen T4R out there, but we did have a 3rd and a couple of 5th Gen T4Rs. And an 05 Taco and '89 Land Cruiser. Oh and a Tundra.
