I traded that 87 4runner for that 86!!! The 86 has 37' Toyos, Detroit soft locker in the rear, full spool locker in the front, bobbed bed, Toyota rear springs up front and f150 springs in the rear!! The runner had bald 33' tires and maybe had a lil lift I'm not sure..lol who thinks I got a good trade??
Great looking rig, but if memory serves right, weren't the headlight bezels blacked out as well? EDIT: Nevermind. Just looked it up. You are dead on.

To some, it is a little of nothing hill, but with no lockers, it was a little challenging, and fun for me an a few non-toyota friends.

here's the other one i took, but a few more yards back to get that sweeping bend in the road. this is within a few miles of the southern trail head of the Appalachian Trail.
