What did you do with the Toyota Rims? I want to buy them.

I was bored yesterday and took a spontaneous trip to FiveMile Pass here in Utah. Didn't go on any of the main trails because i was solo and didn't want to risk getting stuck, but it was pretty fun. First time i have ever done any real off roading in my truck.

Here is my 94 I just picked up. Its a little ruff body wise but it met all my requirements. (1.) under $2k, (2.) extended cab, (3.) 4x4, (4.) Solid frame, (5.) 4cl. I ended up with power steering, a/c, and a tach as a bonus.

2 hours after paying for it

My 1st 4 Runner.

Almost completely stock 88 4 Runner, all power options, and most everything works. Body is in good shape. Interior is OK up front, needs a little work in back. It will be my daily driver.

Plans are mild with new 31 x 10.50 BFGs going on soon, redo the back interior, then ride....

Future plans include a lift with 33 x 12.50 BFGs and lockers of some sort, then ride some more....

1993yoter, is it just the angle of the tire pic, or is your pull hook kinda straightened out? Love the rim/tire combo btw!

Mine aren't that bad but they aren't good. They aren't flat. They are thin towards the outside of the rotor, then fatter in the center of the braking surface, then thin again towards the hub.

I've never seen it on anything before. But it brakes strong and straight. But I'm going to replace rotors when the pads wear out. I don't think the new pads would bed in very well on rotors like that.
