Awesome Toy.. Was so busy enjoyin the paint job and roll bar I nearly missed the exhaust and bumpers. Got any more pics of the front?

 

Thanks man! It was painted that way when I got it. At first I wanted to get it re-painted... But have changed my mind about that. The roll bar was chrome when I got it and that didn't work for me. So I took it off sanded it down with some 180 grit and then cleaned it off with acetone. Then put a rust preventing primer coat on it then hit it with a couple coats of flat black. Heres one of the front from wheelin yesterday

 

 

Back home. Now it needs to rain so the mud will all wash off

 

I'll throw mine in! Here's my truck in its current state. 3.4 swap, blazeland bracket lift combo, 1.5 body lift (to clear the motor) on poly body bushings. It still a work in progress.

I gotta build some shocks hoops to get these puppies on the front!

This truck is the sexiest truck i have ever seen....in any color its rigs like this that made me buy a 4runner in the first place

 

AMSevo8man you have inspired me. I think instead of replacing the valance, I'm going to use a setup almost like yours...

I just have to wait a couple months till I am reunited with my truck. Looks like I'll be welding my headache rack and a "bumper guard" at the same time. Thank you thank you.

Sold off my GMC's and joined the toyota ranks. I drove this from North Vancouver up to Fort St. John, was like a long test drive I guess, everything worked well.

All these pre-Tacoma Yotas with camper shells, and I can't find one to save my life. Any suggestions where to find one?

 

yeah- buy a tacoma camper shell. there aren't too many pre-taco shells around, so find one that's close. here's mine with a tacoma shell:



very close on matching the cab angle.
