I've said it before and I'll saye it again....this forum just wouldnt be the same without Chef!!! and aint that the truth....

anyway, back on topic, i've been itcin to go wheeling ever since i got my truck, then one thing led to another, next thing i knew i painted it, then the doors came off blah blah blah. so anyway, been trying to put my doors back on so i could go wheeling, long story short, freinds truck broke down, gave him a ride to work on the farm and drove him through my woods, the way i go every morning, and we ended up passing the mudhole and when he pointed to it i gave into peer pressure and said screw it im wheeling no matter how muddy my interior is.

anyway, that was 2 days ago, and i've been in and out of that mudhole a couple of times since. I'll get some pictures up, my truck looks 10x better with mud on it my interior is nasty though :/

I'll post up some pictures and then was her off real good

Shoua and x-men where did you guys get the shifter knobs and what did they cost $?

Shoua-If the TRD knobs came from dealer you got part numbers? If from a pic n pull what make and model did they come out of?

x-men-where and how much $ did you get both of them, can the big blue one be gotten in different colors?

Ps. If you guys got links that'll be great!!!!

Thanks...

thanx man! i remember when you were still deciding to go YELLOW; your truck has come a LONG way since.

these old trucks really can become an all-consuming addiction. someone at work recently asked me to total my "investment" into it, and now i have this scary big $$ number in the back of my mind. fortunately, all it takes is one fun road trip somewhere to remind you it's all worth it!

enjoy the last of summer, pretty soon it will be cold again:

I've had a great 10 years with it as it. Been all over Texas with it. I've put about $10,000 into just replacing parts as they broke (including the V6 engine). It's actually for sale.
