Cool Pics, man!

PS> Waiting anxiously on the Platform Project! hehehe. I'm sure your welding/riveting classes will come in handy, right?

sadly, they don't teach us welding. rather, they acknowledge that it exists. riveting, however, might be another option. rivet guns are fairly cheap (under $100), and i already have a decent compressor. also, rivets are cheap (sold by the pound). i've learned a bunch in class, and feel confident that i could build an aluminum platform.

i'm still waiting for insurance to get back to me about the volvo-dent

Hillbilly, Where exactly are you in LT? I lived in S. lake for 2 years and groomed graveyard shift at Sierra. I miss it!

Hey H-Billy! Yeah, been keeping up with the Tahoe, Kings Canyon and Sierra areas. Also looks like we got a lil more up here in the Angeles Crest! .....means more fresh ice melt come spring Campin time!

Tahoe is B-E-A-UUUUUUUTIFUL MAN! Love every bit of the wilderness from here to there, east and west and north of you as well... all gorgeous! Stay dry and warm, man!
