Just ask Corey(he's one of the main dudes on here) ....I wouldn't think they mind, 9.4...but might be nice to ask, I hear ya. I asked them and then got a 'go ahead, no problem' from them when wanting to temporarily make my own lil mickey moused sticker for the sliding rear windows.(It actually looks pretty good, but too small....but IT DOES say .com on the end on mine, hahaha.)
Btw, thanks for the complement. It's actually a Downey Bumper/Grill guard. Downey, as you might know, is out of biz, and I got one of the last 3 for 90$ STOKED! lol. I wanted to keep my stock bumper underneath, etc....so it worked out great for me. It's very sturdy too. Not sure who makes them of this quality... Seen some ProComp ones, but they were REALLY cheesy(not saying they all are, nothing against them). I'm sure, if you wanted to keep yuor stock bumper, one of the great guys from Marlin or Trail Gear or VERY likely, Addicted Offroad might make one for ya. Even the light tabs on mine are almost 1/4"(not sure of the size, but they're THICK, lol. I was hoping to get one of his skid plates, but they were out.....so C'est La Vie, eh? lol.(Jim, the owner of Downey is still liquidating his product on ebay under Tojo Products..but like I said, "NO MO" on this one particular thing. Maybe you could ask him if he shot the blueprint to someone else? Or maybe he has the numbers, and you could give them to a welder friend? lol.
Anyway, have a great Christmas and New Year, 9.4!

Honestly, I don't know, man. I have an 89 s10 with 4.3 and a 92 yota with 22re. I've beat the hell out of both, also blew up both. I've had the s10 going on 4 years now, blew her up about 2 years ago, got my yota 2 years ago and blew her up last weekend. I never had major engine problems with either (prior to explosion) I will say my yota has given me more electrical issues, but neither really gave me any mechanical problems.... The 4.3 block is still good, but the 22re block is way beyond repair.
Will say this though, when the 4.3 blew up it wouldn't crank, my yota still runs and drives
Anyways, here's a pic of my motor, would of posted it earlier but I've been out of town working the past week....

I think the pic is upside down, but you get the point

NO!? Damn!
But seriously, I change the oil every 2-3 months, and I always used 1 quart of lucas, I ragged on the truck but I maintained it good. Haha, if that makes since...
I'm thinking a little jb weld, some bars stop leak and a couple quarts of lucas oughtta fix 'er up!
By the way, I can fit my fist in the hole and not touch either side of what's left of the block

only other one I've got so far, just cleaned it. Gotta buy some wheel weights, I just mounted them didn't get to balance them. Pretty wobbly at 40.
Going to take some bedside trimming, front should be ok. Might just start to touch the firewall.
