I think you said you're going with a TG bumper.... right? If not, and you want a stock one, I have a line on the CHEAPEST OE one you will find.... other than clean and used, of course, lol. My buddy has the stock but with step in black....i like his too, lol.....but TOO MUCH cabbage! For that price, I'd go TG! lol.

Grrrr, hate that feeling of having a good plan but not having the means to implement! lol. Maybe look up on line for a private guy or something that does that in NJ, and see if he might let you use his dry/baking booth? Used to be more of them in CA, but now the rules are SOOOOOO insane, it's nearly impossible to run a private biz anymore like that.

Was searching for one in NJ... really difficult thing to search for, I guess. LOTS of places, but I guess you'd have to call them and ask "how much to rent your booth for 2 hours?", something like that... and just have it taped up and ready,...shouldn't take you longer than that to get 2 coats on and bake it for a half hour? Best of luck on the hunt!

Here's some pics of my old trucks
1st is an 84 with a 1965 Ford 289, C4 auto, toy T-case on 38's
2nd was my 87 4Runner on an 84 chassie with a 4.3 Vortec, R151F trans, 5.29s on 35's
3rd was my 1991 Xcab 350 T.P.I., TH400/ Dana 20, Dana 44s front&rear on 38's
4th is the 96 Taco Xcab with mustang 5.0 C5/Dana20, Dana44 HP front, Ford9" rear on 35's
5th is my 1990 4Runner with 5vz 5speed, toy s.a.s. on 37's that I still own
and last the 1990 Xcab I just picked up for $400, Rebuilt a 3vz for now. Going to get a 1UZ swap with an S.A.S. and duel Tcases.

Nothing special, cranked torsion bars and 2" OME coils, rear bumper delete, front alance delete, Flowmaster off the 3.0L 5 spd., 31's.
