Grrrr, hate that feeling of having a good plan but not having the means to implement! lol. Maybe look up on line for a private guy or something that does that in NJ, and see if he might let you use his dry/baking booth? Used to be more of them in CA, but now the rules are SOOOOOO insane, it's nearly impossible to run a private biz anymore like that.

Was searching for one in NJ... really difficult thing to search for, I guess. LOTS of places, but I guess you'd have to call them and ask "how much to rent your booth for 2 hours?", something like that... and just have it taped up and ready,...shouldn't take you longer than that to get 2 coats on and bake it for a half hour? Best of luck on the hunt!
