i have the same engine with the same tires and 242K miles. and going up hill, you WILL gear down. but it pulls the 33's fine. a re-gearing is in the future for mine, 5.29's. but i've run the 33's with the 22re and 4.10's for 4 years.

Well I just took the girl friend home in it I like it liked the luxeries in the 91 sr5 better but the new one will do with some mods..... Final price was $1100 took it on the spot..... Its already got mud all over it ran some trails.. thats when i found out the 4 wheel dont work.... front shaft spins but wheels dont turn??? possibly something with the hubs and yes they were locked.....Also to flat black or not to flat black

 

Im guessing they are mani hubs..? sorry yes i read that add, anyway, Start tearing them down if something is wrong


What I was going to ask, You totaled that second gen 91 runner...?
When you say totalled, Is that insurance call?

Yea going to tear the hubs apart this week.....

As for the second gen the insurance didnt total it but according to the windshield guy your cant just put a windshield in something is bent somewheres....

The women wants me to paint it flat black and put my 33s on it....when I ask if she likes it all she says is "its not the green truck" lol

Got My 33's on today they rub pretty good lol need to lift it shes got to much sag in the back....also put in my pioneer deck....tommorow possibly winch cb and light bar..PICS!!













And got some news today from my girl friend her dad wants to buy her a 92 SR5 3.0 auto runner 4" lift on 31x10.50s ITS CLEANN!!!! no rust going to look into it more tommorow 92k on it still a baby
