If its a 22R that means its carburated and it doesn`t have a cold start time switch. If its a 22RE, then it has a time switch and its located below the upper radiator hose on the front of the engine, there are two sensors there and the cold start time switch is the larger of the two.

On the 22RE, the cold start injector time switch should be the black sensor on the front of the intake manifold, next to a green one, pointing at the radiator.
