The Toyota nut 90179-20001 finally went on there after some grinding, hand filing, thread chasing, ect.. The pinion threads were messed up a bit and the head was swelled up. Without having seen him do the work, I wouldn't have been able to get the stock nut on.

Thanks, I appreciate the help from this forum. Seems like there's a handful from North County SD - Riverside around here. Might have to do a So Cal run if I every get all the serious bugs worked out.
