Passenger front side. Horrible grinding noise

Hey guys, I have a 94 4runner 4x4 with a 4" ifs lift. I just recently went through and replaced upper and lower ball joints, and cv axles. This was done about a month ago. I am now having a horrible grinding noise when turning left. I've tore it down checked the spindle bushing, cv is greased, ??????? It sounds like my rotor is rubbing on my dust shield but I've eliminated that also I can't seem to produce the noise when it is up on the jacks with wheel locked all the way to the left. But when it has that torque with full weight it's there again. At my end of what else to do... Any thoughts would be great thanks.

wheel bearing? jack it up and pull the top of the tire towards you and away from you. if there is anyplay, its possible that could be a problem. another way to tell which i dont recommend is driving it. i noticed on one of my vehicles that if i took left turns there was no noise. driving straight it made very little, and turning right it was really bad.

Forgot to mention that the wheel bearings were replaced about 2 months prior to the ball joints. I don't feel any wobble in the wheel when on the jacks. Could have been a bad bearing though.?? Gonna jack it up again this weekend and go through everything again. Check for marring scrapping or any discoloration from heat. I feel like I could do this job with my eyes closed now. As I was writing this I thought I'd check the play in my cv axle, I do have play in my cv axle, lateral side to side when gripped, about maybe to 3/4 to 1 inch the other side has very little. Every part is installed according to the fsm.?? This slack could cause the rubbing noise, I'm sure. But what could possibly cause that much slack.

There is a bushing behind the spindle on the back side of the hub. It dries out and makes that racket. If you loosen up the inner hub and pull the CV axle out about 1/2" or so where it seats in you use a grease needle and squirt in a load of fresh grease and put it back together.

sorry my descriptions are a little vague I have had to do this a few times. Someone showed me how to do it.

Might be kinda dumbing it down, but how is your tire wear? Is there any cupping or abnormal wear on the inside of the tire? My neighbor had an Excursion with severe cupping on the inside of the front tires....sounded quiet as can be in a straight line but when he turned it sounded like he had boggers....

If the cv moves like that I'd bet something's wrong with that
