part ID and vacuum line

94 Pickup w/22re
I took this pic before removing the engine. 6 months ago. I'm putting the rebuilt engine back in and have one vacuum line without a home. It's attached to the part circled in yellow. One line runs across the truck to another mystery part on the other fender. The other line I cannot figure out where it goes. What is this part anyway?

Looks like this truck has a aftermarket cruise control system. The mystery part on the other fender is the actuator and the thing circled in yellow would be a vacuum canister so the mystery vacuum line has to hook to manifold vacuum probably at the black plastic triple fitting at the back of the intake.

Thanks. How does the cruise control work without a second throttle cable?

There should be a cable coming from the actuator on the drivers fender. Its hard to tell from the pictures but it could be hooked to the throttle body or through the firewall and hooked to the gas pedal.
