Parking brake cable?

so I am in the process of building a 94 Extra Cab SR5 pickup and the parking brake cable has broken, apparently its a very common problem and I need a new one.

rockauto has one for ~$30 and the dealer wants like $70 or more.

is the rockauto part too cheap?

I've had good luck with rockauto there parts all seem to be name brands just like you would get at the parts store just a lot cheaper as a matter of fact i just got a order i placed on sunday , parts for a 98 corolla and for a 2000 k2500 chevy even with shipping they had a better price so go ahead and buy it .

I would rather buy a dealer cable then gamble on a part that might not fit or last
