Overheating and belts squeeling

I have a 95 4cyl 22r. i was driving along the other day and my ac belt broke. when it broke it also threw my power steering belt off of the pulley. i got stopped and got the power steering belt back on and continued with my business. ever since then every now and then my power steering temporarily goes out just like it did when my belt came off. today it started over heating. i got to my house and looked under the hood and it was dripping out if the intake tube. i have no clue what is going on if you all could help i would much appreciate it. thanks in advance, MJ.

It sounds like either the actual fan belt is damaged, or missing, the fan clutch is damaged, or damage was done to one of the belt pulleys to cause squealing.

Check all the belts for their condition, and check the tension too.
