First test drive... she's purring like a kitten, even with leaking injectors.
got a seal kit coming from LCE be here Monday so I can fix that issue and finish tuning.

Staying right at 180 degrees
70 mph at about 1800rpm 2 pounds boost.






Took about 3 weeks because I had to get some parts I forgot about. Could have done it in a week.

lol I still have to do the white turbo 4runner, don't know if I'll have another one in me.

 

Had a drippy injector so, I took them out.
took about 20 minutes. Way easier than I thought it would be.

And here are all 4 with the orings and caps removed


Cylinders 1&2 have a cup that goes in the intake manifold.

I'll take pics of the injectors with all new orings and caps when I get them finished.

 

1800 revs @ 70MPH?? That's hard to believe. What differential gears are in it???

well, the speedometer is off about 10mph...

 

Sooo went to oreillys to get the orings and pintle caps...
wrong caps and they wanted $80 for 12 orings !!! What the @&*$'?
called LCE got orings and caps coming for $32

52 miles and running like a champ.
20 inches vacuum, 10 pounds boost
195 degrees. Runs 70 down the highway with ease.
no weird noises, no leaks
very very happy with it.
and it's like 100 degrees here today
about 130 miles now and no glitches.
Had to charge the A/C blowing nice cool air.
Bumps 210 running down the highway at 70, into a slight wind and still nearly 100 degrees here in Oklahoma today. very humid here too, for us.

 

Put some new tires and rims on.
on the highway by GPS doing 70 at 2100rpm. So the 1800/1900rpm is actually pretty close with the tires at 65mph. Getting around 20mpg.
drained break in oil and put in Amsoil 10w30. Had to slow down the idle with the synthetic oil about 300 rpms.
running like a champ and fun to drive.
