Overflow vacuum not working.

Overflow vacuum not working.
Ok so I have my coolant "mysteriously" disapearing. Over the coarse of a week or so my operating temp is higher and higher. When I fill it back up the temp gauge is right where it needs to be. I check the overflow tank and it has alot of fluid in it. Like not just at the "Full" mark, its all the way past that. So based on this knowlege, http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_does_a...flow_tank_work ive figured that my radiator isnt creating that vacuum to get all the fluid back into the radiator. So do I have a break in the system somewhere? Where all the pressure is escaping out of? New radiatior, new t-stat, new radiator cap. 22re.
Thanks fellas.

Check hoses. Turn the truck on and let it run a while, get under it and look for leaks. Check near throttle body and hose coming out of the water pump upper and lower rad hoses..... Loose clamps? Intake manifold gasket leaking..... got smoke out tailpipe?

Assuming you don't notice leaking coolant, I would suspect a faulty radiator cap or a leak in the hose inside of the recovery tank, which wouldn't allow coolant to be vacuumed back into the radiator.
