One Ton 4runner brakes

I have nearly completed my one ton 87 4runner build and now looking at the brake system. My setup includes a Dana 60 front its stock calipers and a 14 bolt with Chevy 1/2 ton disk calipers. I am running a One ton master adapted to the stock booster. I will also have a prop valve for the rear.
My questions are how have you guys adapted the toyota brake lines to GM parts. Also did you have your longer front lines custom made or was there someone out there making longer lines for GM? My assumption is to just cut the lines and re-flare to GM threaded ends. Whats your thoughts.
