OME 901 coil lift question on my 95 4Runner
Ok This may be a dumas question but here goes.
I installed the OME 901's on my 95 runner and now have some rear end noise.(Ujoint maybe)
I did not lower or get a panhard bar bracket and noticed the axle is position slightly to the passenger side now..
Sooo.. the noise I am getting comes up between 60-70 mph when I let off the gas. I realize that due to lift the angle of drive shaft has changed. I lubed both Ujoints but still noise of course.
Question: can I make a bracket for the panhard and has anybody tried such. Or does OME make a bracket?
ANy thoughts a ppreciated.
Thanks
Tom G

I would check to see if you have any play in your drive shaft cause you really don't want any play at all... If there is some play, my guess would be that your U-Joints are shot. I had the same problem in my 96 Ford Ranger.
- And if anybody know where I can get those OME 901's for my '96 4Runner, and about how mush do they go for???
Thanks

Tog2, see - https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...offset-213089/
Also, did you make sure the coils were seated correctly in the mounting pad grooves?
4EverRunner - OME901's won't work on your 96. They are for 2nd generation 4Runners only. You want OME890's or OME891's. See this link.
