Yea, shouldnt be an issue. Tow capacity is like 3500lbs or so.

Slow and steady, but yes. I've done it on a few occasions, when my towing truck was unavailable.

I've done it a lot. Just go a bit slower than you're used to. It's a lot of weight to try and stop quickly. Also, avoid stopping at lights, etc. on uphills.....if you can. It's doable, but not easy. I've smoked my clutch a couple of times doing it.

Shoot, my buddy pulls 5,000 with his 3.0 4Runner 4.88 gears 31x10.50 and 5-speed. Not saying its a great idea, but its possible. What your wanting to pull should be no problem.

yeah i have 3 quads and i want to be able to pull them places instead of making three trips to where ever im going and i have smoked a clutch pulling but i was way overloaded with that i had a 12ft trailer with trees and dirt in it but i dont think the quads would weight that much they are just smallish sport quads 2 300ex's and a ltz250, so im figuring 300 a piece plus the trailer

Yeah I wouldn't sweat it really. The old 22re won't like it, but keep it slow and provided your brakes are good I think you'll be okay.
