ok final straw with torshionbars
i cant get them to budge. now if i cut them will the bolts will they like fling? or can i do it? i have new bolts. but the front is sagy it needs to go up. or should i unbolt the wholetorshion bar assembly and then cut the bolts. i dont know how to go about this one lol

Are you relieving the pressure by lifting the truck off the ground? That's a must. Another must is a breaker bar and penetrating oil if the bars haven't ever been adjusted. I wouldn't cut them out from the head of the bolt as I think you might have to cut a hole in the body to get it out.

It's relatively common for that to happen.
Soaking it in Kroil or something of that tier (rather than PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench) *may* help. Wedge a wrench on the nut to hold it still and use a big breaker bar. Don't be surprised if you have to break the bolt because the nut doesn't come off.

Replacement bolt/nuts are relatively cheap.
