Oil pressure sending unit wire routing on a 92 22RE
My dash oil pressure gauge isn't working and I am trying to figure out if the wire is good from the sender to the gauge. Wire color coming from the sender plug is yellow-blue and wire going to the gauge at the cluster is yellow-black. I am getting no continuity from one end the the other so would like to test at the plug wherever it is in the cab. Does anybody know where the plug is?

This is the wrong diagram but it's similar, in the first gen 4runner diagram it's labeled as N#.. (Engine harness is number 2)
So follow the wires out of the ECU to identify the trunk where it comes thru the firewall then trace that back down to the plugs that aren't the ECU. That's the engine to body harness junction and you will find the oil pressure wire on it.
It's either up and towards the front, or directly behind the ECU.
