oil pan and pickup reinstall

I am putting parts back on my 22RE after getting it back from the machine shop. I have a small pile of bolts that the shop returned to me that contains all of the oil pan, pickup tube, and oil pump bolts. There are 18 oil pan bolts, but I only have 16 that are the same size(12mm bolt by about 5/8 in long with a little bit of a nipple at the end of the threads). I could use one of the sligtly shorter 12mm bolts, but I don't want to find out later that the bolt went somewhere else.

Could someone help me out with the oil pickup bolts as well, and is there any kind of seal that goes there, any particular torque??

I am gonna have alot more questions to come, and I really appreciate the help of forum members so far. Thanks guys!

Seems like there are 16 bolts and 2 nuts.

9 ft-lbs and use FIPG, not a gasket

You're my new best friend. I just started counting holes on the pan, and didn't even think to look at the bottom of the block!

Any help with the oil pickup and oil pump bolts would be great, too!

Oil Pan junk should be under "Engine Mechanical"

Okay, I see that under the '90-'95 4 runner section, but it doesn't tell what bolts need to be used. I figured out which long bolt is used for the maincap connection, but the 2 bolts that go to the oil pump inlet, and the bolt that connects at the side of the block are a question for me.

The other 3 bolts are all the same size. Here's a picture.
