Oil change creating high idle

I just had my oil change (last one before 200k miles) at Jiffy Lube and now my engine idles around 1200 rpm instead of 800. It's been a whole range of temperatures weather wise, and it stays high even after driving for half an hour. It wasn't like that before.

They did their standard deal plus the manual transmission fluid change. Any ideas as to what might be going on or am I crazy? I already searched the whole site and came up with nothing.

EFI. Yeah, the more I think about it, there's really nothing they could have done or would have done without me paying for that could have made something like this happen. It's just weird.

maybe they accidentally unplugged a vaccum hose. It could be a thermostat, or the temp sensor that is part of the egr system

Check the oil cap on the valve cover. If mine isn't tight my idle is elevated.
