This is a shot of the undercarriage on my 94. The only way to keep the rust away is with some form of rust protection. It's messy but it works. This truck is driven on salted roads every winter.

I don't know of a door skin on any make that isn't Looks to me like the oil in that last pic stopped it dead. It's messy to apply, messy to work on, but if you don't want your truck to rot away, it's well worth it. And yes, it works.

i agree. here in south tx even the plaastic rusts from all the salt in the air coming off the gulf. lin seed oil works absolutely flawlessly

The flares are made by bushwacker, they are 4" cut out flares. You can buy them from any 4x4 shop.
