OEM replacement parts?

I priced out wires , cap and rotor from Toyota....JEEEZZ! 78.00 for the wires, 35.0 for the cap and rotor. I picked up a BargWerner cap and rotor for 16.00 and some premium wires for 30.00. I havent installed them yet. Any reason I should pay the extra $$ for the toyota parts?

Also opinions on the self assembly Accel 8 mm wires?

the accel wires arent bad for what your using them for, i wouldnt put them on a performance engine because of resistance as opposed to Mallory. and i use borg warner, they dont last as long, but i change em out every year anyway

It all depends on you I guess. I'm not a die-hard "gotta use Toyota brand" person but there is good reason why people are. Quality & compatibility is assured with Toyota & questionable at best with other stuff.
