Question Not Just Another 22re Misfiring thread

Hey everybody i have been doing reading and trying to solve this problem for months but I am getting quite confused. I will layout my post as organized as possible.
The Symptoms
-Somewhat hard to start ( When i first crank it over it will start then immediately die(unless I give it gas). I try to start again and it takes a couple more cranks then the first time before it starts, after it starts it is REALLY shakey for about ten seconds or until I get on the gas)
-I believe the previous symptom might be related to my others
-At idle there is a random misfire
-That same random misfire occurs under light load/cruising speed and creates a jerk
-Usually never misfires under heavy load
- Right after accelerating I let off and sometimes hear a blurb blurb blurb and maybe even a backfire high up in the exhaust. FYI I do not have a muffler ( Best way I can describe it is a stock car decelerating
right after being on the gas hard)
-I notice on the highway (I drive the same stretch every day) that sometimes I will have more power going up that hill the other day/ visa versa. Or I think weird I didnt have to downshift to 4th yesterday to keep it at sixty going up the hill

Attempted repairs
-New distributor, cap, wires, rotors, plugs
-Checked timing
-All new fluids around
-AFM Checked
-TPS checked
-Throttle Body Cleaned/Intake Plenum
-I HAVE NO CURRENT CEL CODES
-BOUGHT VEHICLE AUGUST 2010
-CHECKED FOR STORED CODES MONTHS AGO, CODE 7? THE TPS CODE
So I adjusted the tps, which was new by the way, cleared the codes never came back
-This is just what i can remember

The Vehicle
-1987 4runner 292,000
-22re rebuild 15,000 (Never saw paperwork but it pulls hard....for a 22re)

Update
-Checked the Ignition Coil today
Spec for Primary .5-.7 . Spec for Sec. 11,000-15,000
My Primary was 1.7-2.0 and Secondary was 14,000

The Question
I'm hoping I found the solution! I was wondering if anyone could chime in and tell me if my coil could be causing these symptoms?? Is being 1.0 off on the Primary a big difference? Any other components I should still check out? I would love nay feedback or any other ideas!?

Thank You in Advance, I bow to you toyota techs

Yes i have, I had a bad injector when I got the truck, had it replaced, the rest were fine. Although I'm sure it couldn't hurt to have them cleaned.

narrow it down with a timing light, see if its fuel or spark.if its spark, well, process of elimination, start pulling plugs wires one at a time to find the culprit. if its fuel,i would first check your injectors for ticking with a long screwdriver to eliminate the injectors themselves.if you can figure out which cylinder is missing ,it will make things much easier to figure out.i went through the same type issue and it turned out to be the blue injector wire that comes out of the resister.the wire was so corroded it just snapped in half.soooooooooo, start simple.

check your coolant temp sensor since you say you have trouble starting cold.

Have you sprayed carb cleaner around the base of the injectors and intake to see if it revs up? Might have a leak.
