is it normal???

to smell burning clutch sometimes after just doing a clutch job???

I have never encountered it. maybe you didnt completely remove all the grease residue for the contact surfaces

i cleaned it with brake cleaner, and no i didnt get the flywheel turned...it looked fine but there where some very light abrasions on it

should I have had my flywheel turned?? or is it possible that my clutch isnt engaging or disengaging all the way??

any help would be appreciated

could not be engaging/disengaging all the way. It it recomended that you have the flywheel turned, or replaced in general.

I would try bleeding it, and make sure the pedal is in spec. After that if its still burning you're probably going to have to rip it apart again
