EDIT: Also download and read the installation instructions, and read them again like 10 times, so you can see what you'll be doing, and why each part is required.

Give Low Range Off-Road a ring,,,,, I went with them on my 3" SAS because they bothered to call me back when I first called and left a message about prices. Like its mentioned above, read and re read directions. Visit other SAS threads, get organized. If you can get a plazma cutter, use it. If you weld outside use a flux core welder, (no gas to blow away). NR211, .035. Prep your weld joints and be careful on your fit up. I went 3". I had already had a 3" rear spring, I added 3 flat additional leafs to each side, a 1" block and made 6" shackles vs the 5" ones I ordered. Almost perfect. It should settle more in the front.

Measure 12 times then weld.
Oh and I did a U bolt flip in the rear.

ok 2 questions
1.. would my v6 calipers fit on the axle
2.. on the one kit it says to move the front hanger 3/4 of an inch forward so the hysteer doesnt hit the v6 oil pan
and on trail gear it says if ur using a 3 inch lift kit that u dont have to move the hanger forward

Yes your v6 calipers will fit the SA and you don't need to move the hanger forward unless your going with a bigger lift then 3 inches. If your just doing 3 inches you weld it flush with the front cross member.

I have the same truck, had the same lift as you, and went SAS with the 3" TG kit. Other than driveshaft work, the kit comes with everything you need, including the parts to rebuild the axle.
I also got the axle gussets, big diff armor, rock rings and the dust shield eliminators.
If you've got any specific questions, I'd be glad to help you out.

I went with the HD lift, because I had a winch bumper and a winch. But I ended up pulling the HD leaves out, because they were stiff and it sat a little too high. But there is no difference in price. You can always do the same.

You can also look into a square driveshaft, if you will only be using 4wd off road. Just Google it, and you'll find it.
