i was driving my 88 4runner (22re) the other day when the motor just shut off. i found that it was not getting a spark. it has a new distributor and ignition wires so i figured it was that coil which was an original part. after putting a new coil in i still have no spark. only other thing i can think of is the ignition module. anyone know how to test them? almost 200 bucks for a new one. any other ideas? and i did check the fuses.
