No power under load

HiThis has been a reoccurring problem for some time and because it always was fuel related that's the direction I headed. After finding that my fuel pump was oriented wrong in the tank I thought I had finally resolved this persistent gremlin. Because it was positioned at least 3 or 4 inches above fuel tank bottom it would starve for fuel even with gauge reading plenty. With that fixed there was no difference and the symptoms are runs decent but not right on the flats and so bad on hills I recently have not been able to get up a steep driveway and also because all roads out of eureka springs are uphill I could not get out of town. She will come to a complete stall on an incline that is long and steep. So I have verified at least 3 times that my pump has 12 volts , that the 55 gph it is rated for the pump is putting out directly out side the tank, before and after filter . The fuel rail has 42 psi running and with pump bypassing open circuit relay via the diagnostic port it also puts out. I have befriended a man who for a living sells 80s pickup and other Toyota parts and his back yard is two open shed roof barns and one covered filled with Toyota parts. I mentioned that because I can throw parts on this thing till the cows come home and not lay out a dime. So with a pressure gauge hooked up I have verified three fuel pressure regulators are all functioning with slight deviation. I have removed, field tested and cleaned injectors, tried a spare dizzy,, messed with tps and maf by trial and error pulling over, setting and hoping for a change to indicate the right track has been entered. The only thing that seems to improve performance is the maf but only without a load. Messed with timing and discovered I had put dizzy in a tooth off and too my surprise's it was running ok until the gremlin came back and that was about 18 btdc without paper clip. Compression is decent and timing chain is correct and that is based on the fact that I put a new one on and was careful to make sure . I have not verified that and will not unless someone convinced me different. Wires, cap, plugs, roter, all good and checked, air gap good, coil new and high performance high voltage . Igniter I have not tried to test. Yes the ect sensor I have replaced and checked resistance on as well as knock sensor. The computer drive circuit has been mentioned to me as a possible cause and I am holding on to that as a possibility however I have three computers sitting on the passenger floor and have plugged and played them several times with only slight differences and none improving on the current mechanical malady. Since I am just an imposter mechanic and for the last three years I have been enrolled full time in the school of hard Knox, many times the problems I have with this menopausal 22re 1987 rv are related to something I had done in the past one way or another. Those who dare to refer to her as a bitter fruit are guickly rebuked and I accept the blame most of the time. I have however called her worst names than a lemon several times, totally and utterly demoralized at the end of my rope than morning comes and hope is born new again. I have literally gained a reputation here as always under my hood and it is true. I am musical and have written a song titled, on the side of the road again. Any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks
