No Power to fuse box. Inside the truck

I have aa 2 door rrwd. 94 toyota pick. Up. I. Started it. Tthen the whole tthing shut off. I. Thought it was the battery so i replaced the battery i thought it was the starter relay so i replaced it upon futher trying to figure it out. I dont have power to the radio. Air conditioning none of the lights. And nothing in the gauge cluster works and no i am not 100% positive. But i have no power. To the fuse box under the dash on the driver side

Using this page of the manual http://web.archive.org/web/201204170.../2powersou.pdf
you can work out which circuits have power, and therefore, whether you have a fuse, wire, or ignition switch problem.

Yes, you obviously need one of those $7 multimeters to look for your problem. A tiny fraction of what you've already wasted on an unnecessary battery and starter relay.

Did you check that new battery for voltage?

Did you check the voltage on that new battery?

Just a heads up that it's common to have a bad fuse box in the driver's kick panel. water leaks are common to short it out. Look for brown water stain above the fuse box. The cowl drain rusts out and leaks into the kick panel area often.
