No power to fuel pump after blowing fuses
Background: Bought after seeing it sit for a while. Owner said he could not get it to turn over and just left it because he had another truck. It is an 86 4runner body with an 87 22re. I jumped the fuel pump test connector and got nothing from the fuel pump. Then took a multimeter to the fuel pump wire harness and got the 12 volts. Replaced the pump and filter. Did the pump test and the pump came on. Tried to start the truck and it run for a few seconds then died. After that it would not turn over. Feeling confident i bought a new battery because i was tired of taking the one out of my other truck. Then it went down hill. I blew the 80amp AM1 and the 10 amp horn fuses installing the new battery.
Now: No power to fuel pump using the test connector. I have checked all other fuses except the one under the label HEAD. Could i have blown the ECU? I have not checked the codes. Would that test the ECU?
I am a novice just trying to learn. Any help would be appreciated.

Power runs through the EFI relay to the COR relay to the Fuel pump. Make sure your EFI fuse is good. Your COR relay pulls in when the air flow meter sees some flow.
