no more code 71 look !!!
ok i had code 71 for 2 to 3 yrs.... on my 1990 22re with 385 thousand miles on it!
i just fixed it!!!!
before you spend any money to try and fix code71....
look on top behide throttle body you have to take it off...
there is a egr passage hole up there
mine was blocked with 1.5 of carbon in front of it!!! took a good 2 hrs to do everthing!
no more code 71!

i dont have any pics
but just take of throttle body off .put your finger right be hide the gasket left hand side if your looking at throttle body . on top.. you should feel a lot of carbon.. there is a hole for the egr right there
