89 4runner 22re maiden voyage on new engine. in the garage it revs fine ,but when i let out the clutch its sluggish.Once underway and rolling its ok with light throttle but doesn't show signs of acceleration when you mash it.The tps sensor seems within specs. what's wierd is it almost jumps forward as you let off the pedal and it's 15 percent away from idle position.please tell me if i have missed something basic.
