Exclamation No Electrical Power Help!!!!

I dont know whats up, Ive been messing with it for 4 hours, its a 94 toyota pu 4x4, and I washed it, engine bay, everything, ran fine after I washed, I only had it on for about 20 seconds so I could pull my truck into the garage after it had been washed, Then I go to leave and nothing works! Theres no electrical power to the cab, the only thing that works is my auxilary lights and cigarete liter because I wired those directly to the battery and they have seprate grounds, the battery is fine check it, I dont know what to do, please help, I checked fuses their fine, I dont know whats up, is there an internal breaker somewhere in the truck that can be triped? Please Help I want to go on the trail tomorow!
